Ginger Beer

ITALIAN NATURAL

The essence of our Ginger Beer is the ginger root, with all its spiciness and unique freshness.

To bring out its natural characteristics, we cold-press fresh ginger in the facilities of Antica Distilleria Quaglia, a partner in the project.

This is how we make a premium product, without compromise and with all the quality of the best mixers.

Spicy, refreshing and long-lasting, our Ginger Beer encapsulates craftsmanship and innovation.

To best preserve the perlage, make sure Green Grove Ginger Beer is cold before uncorking and serving.

Dark&Stormy

Dark&Stormy is a drink invented in the Bermuda archipelago during the First World War by a company producing Caribbean Rum. Different types of rums can be used, from the lightest Puerto Rican Añejo to the most spicy and tasty Jamaican ones. If you are using a dark rum, try the floating technique to create the classic layers effect.

Pour the rum into an ice-filled glass and add the Ginger Beer until the glass is full. Gently stir from bottom to top with a spoon or barspoon. Decorate the cocktial with a sprig of mint and lime wedge. If you want to give it an extra touch of freshness, add some lime juice
